Hall of Famer Nishimura's Daughter Visits the Baseball Museum
Mrs. Tsunoda Joyce Sachiko (third from left), eldest daughter of the late Yukio Nishimura, the 1977 Hall of Famer, visited the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum on Tuesday, June 24. She was accompanied by her husband (left-most), Mr. John Morton (second form right; Vice President of Community College, University of Hawaii) and Ms. Deborah K. Nakagawa (right-most; Executive Assistant to the Vice President ).
They were shown around the museum by Hiroshi Satou, president of the BHFM (third from right) and Miwako Atarashi, curator of the MHFM (second from left).
Her father was the ace of the Hanshin Tigers in pre-war days.
