From the 2nd year at the Nankai Hawks (1943, 46-48) and the Yomiuri Giants (1949-57)he continued to earn 10 or more wins and wound up with 310 wins in 1960. Won the Sawamura Award in 1947 & 55, MVP in 19 52 & 56. His lifetime ERA is2.18.
